Sam Arraj is a CPA, CA who truly cares about clients and works his hardest to ensure their needs are met. If you have a complicated issue or a simple request, his responsiveness will help you feel at ease.
His industry experience is with owner-managed businesses from all sectors, including strong experience working with many not-for-profit organizations, charities, and trade associations.
The former President of the Country Music Association of Ontario and an on-going music fan believes in giving back to the community, which is why he has served on the CMAO board since 2011.

Derek Fernandes is a CPA who has a strong work ethic and strives to provide value-added solutions to clients. He has experience in various industries including entertainment, real estate, and financial. He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management and a Master of Accounting.

Dorrance

A CPA, CA with a proven track record in public accounting, Tom joined Seeds Chartered Professional Accountants in 2017. Having served as a founding partner in Kingston and area accounting firms over the past 35 years, Tom brings his experience, skills and desire for new challenges to Seeds, where he manages the firm’s income tax practice. Tom is a proud Kingstonian and has served on the boards of several community non-profit organizations. Today he enjoys cycling, traveling and working on his golf game. Tom welcomes the opportunity to help Seeds grow in the greater Kingston community.

Lake
- BOOKKEEPING SPECIALIST -
Amy attended Durham College where she obtained her Office Administration – Executive diploma with honors in 2002. She has worked with various companies since graduating, mostly in an administration/bookkeeping position. Amy spent 5 years as the Office Admin/Bookkeeper/Personal Tax preparer at an accounting firm in Kingston, before taking a few years off to be a stay at home mom. Amy joined Seeds and Company PC in 2012 as a Business Tax Preparer and has added Bookkeeper to her title since.

Kin
Lau
- STAFF ACCOUNTANT -
Ka Kin Lau has been working as a staff accountant for Seeds Professional Corporation (SEEDS) since January 2017. He graduated from University of Toronto in 2016 with a Bachelor of Commerce. While he was still in university, he was specialized in accounting and majored in economics. He is currently working towards the CPA designation while continually learning and earning his professional experience with SEEDS.

Christa Vinkle joined Seeds Chartered Professional Accountants in January of 2017. Graduated the Business-Accounting program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston. Christa lives in the Sharbot Lake area with her husband Mike and her three children.

Adrina joined the Seeds team in 2017. She graduated from Durham College and has a love of learning and being challenged. On her spare time she enjoys boxing and baking.

Rania joined the Seeds team in 2020. She attended Seneca College where she graduated from Office Administration and later obtained a diploma in Behavioural Science. She loves to spend time with her two daughters and enjoys the outdoors.
